Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for any product purchased directly from YiDUOLash. Items must be in their original condition — unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Unused & Unopened: Full refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
- Opened but Unused: Store credit only (80% of purchase value) within 14 days.
- Damaged or Defective: Full refund or free replacement at any time.
How To Return An Item
Refund Methods
- Credit Card / Debit Card: Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
- PayPal / ShopPay: Refunds are processed back to your account within 3–5 business days.
- Store Credit: Issued immediately upon return approval and can be used for future purchases without expiration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased as part of a promotional bundle that has been partially used.
- Gift cards and digital products (e-books, video tutorials).
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your choice. Shipping costs for damaged/defective returns are covered by YiDUOLash.
Exchange Policy
We offer one-time exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles of the same product category. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The exchanged item will be shipped at no additional cost once we receive the original item.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting support immediately.
- After Shipment: Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the package following our standard return process.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
- Return shipping is free when using our provided prepaid label.
- If you choose to use your own shipping method, we cannot reimburse those costs.
